We welcome all insurance plans
We are able to file your insurance claims for you for most insurances including Medicare, private insurance plans, and workers compensation. Copays and deductibles are due at the time of service. Please keep in mind that your insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company, and we are not a party to that contract. Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts. Some insurance companies arbitrarily select certain services they will not cover. We will gladly discuss your proposed treatment and answer any questions relating to your insurance, just give us a call!

For those patients who are interested in saving some money, we offer a 30% Prompt Pay Discount to any patient who chooses to pay for their care at the time of service. This is the typical discount many healthcare providers give to the big insurance companies but we have chosen to give this discount directly to our patients instead. Why? Because we believe that patients deserve the same discounts that the big insurance companies enjoy. This allows you the power to choose where you spend your healthcare dollars without being forced to go to a certain provider because of financial penalties.
